    This is a wonderful 3 blade Foley food chopper for chopping nuts vegetables and your fingers if you get them in the way. The best description I can give about this thing is looking at the pictures. The second best description I can give you comes from the TIAS Antique Shop Newsletter published in December of 2007:
    "This is a triple blade Foley Food Chopper produced
    in the 1940s and 1950s. It works on a spring mechanism and boy, does it ever work. This chopper has become one of the most desired items in today's market. As Christmas approaches it becomes even more desired. Considering their age, they must have been a quality product. You can still find them, although it is getting harder, in reasonably good shape. They originally sold for 79 cents. Book value today is -."
    That's about all I can say about this item other than it's about 7 1/2 inches tall and chops as you push it up and down over nuts or vegetables. I've never used one but it seems like it would work fine. This one does work and the spring is nice and tight. If you enjoy tasting the wine as you cook you might be nice and tight too. Anyway, take a look at the pictures and see just how great this guy really is. Bon Appetite!
