Montblanc 1997 Writer’s Edition Fyodor Dostoevsky Limited Edition 18K Nib

Description

This is a Montblanc 1997 Writer’s Edition Limited Edition Fyodor Dostoevsky fountain pen. It is made of black resin. It has an 18 K gold nib and gold plated rings. It is a piston-filler. I believe it to be a fine or medium nib, but I can’t say that with any degree of certainty.
This limited edition fountain pen was limited to 17,000 pieces. This pen is #03654.
This pen does does not include the box or papers. It was used and shows normal signs of wear, including surface scuffing/scratches. There is no major damage, such as cracks, dents, etc. It had some blue ink in it that has since been flushed with distilled water, but some residue remains. It writes smoothly, and the piston filler works as expected.
This amazing pen belonged to my father, who was an avid fountain pen collector. I do not claim to be a fountain pen expert, but I can vouch for the quality of his pen collection.
