Vintage WILESCO "Pomfrita" Slicer for Fries, Apples, Carrots, in Box

Vintage Wilesco "Pomfrita" French fry slicer.
Item is in original box with original purchase price stamped in purple ink like in the olden days!
Please examine photos carefully for best description.
Two handles to push down to slice potatoes, apples, carrots, etc.
Measures approx. 7 1/2" wide at handles, 5 1/2" to top of screws, and 3 1/2" bottom front to back.
Cast aluminum and stainless steel.
Push down to cut and handles pop back up again.
Pretty nice condition!
I'm guessing this is from the Fifties.  No guarantee on that!
